The CHASE program was created in Kansas City, Kansas by Families Together, Inc. Pathfinder Services of North Dakota adapted the program after recognizing the success and positive impact it has for youth and their families. The CHASE Program is a project providing educational support and wellness programming for youth and families in North Dakota.
