Take Charge of Your Life! is a series of workshops and webinars for youth/young adults with disabilities and their parents, presented by the North Dakota Secondary Transition Project.
In these workshops, you will:
- Learn and practice skills for speaking up to get the life you want
- Get info about how to use adult services to get help
- Make new connections
- Get tools for life planning
It is presented by Pathfinder Services of ND's North Dakota Secondary Transition Project. These workshops are free of charge for youth with learning differences and their families. The curriculum is based on the Shift Program from PEAK Parent Center.
