If you don’t know the name of a school in your area – look in the phone book under Public Schools. There will be some kind of Administration office. Start there. Ask for the contact information for the Special Education Unit or Cooperative. Your local school district contracts with the unit to help provide Special Education Services. The Special Education Unit can describe the services in your area.
