Letter from Brenda

Hello,

I am writing to announce that I have resigned from my position here with Pathfinder Services of ND as Youth Support Specialist to pursue my dreams. I have been chosen to work with a program very close to my heart, and I have decided to move into a new role as an Out Patient Care Coordinator with the elderly in the Minot community.

I have really enjoyed working with the Youth population and the great program development that Pathfinder Services is working on for the state. I will miss working with everyone that I have met across the state, as well as the wonderful staff of Pathfinder Services of ND. Thanks to everyone for this great opportunity!

Blessings!
Brenda Boehler

IEP Meeting on a note
6 Steps to Request an IEP Meeting

If your child has an IEP, you and the rest of the IEP team meet at least once a year to review it. But there are times when you may need to meet more often than that. Whatever your reason, as a member of the team, you have the right to request an IEP meeting at any time. Here's how to do that.

ACCESS flyer
ACCESS Scholarship

The North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) has established the ACCESS Scholarship to help students with significant disabilities attending Minot State University finance their college experience.

People with disabilities have the same goals, desires, and wishes as most people. They seek independence, meaningful involvement in their communities, a measure of affluence, and security. A college education can help them achieve these goals. Unfortunately, existing grants, loans, and scholarships often have many conditions attached to them that limit their usefulness for people who have significant disabilities. The ACCESS Scholarship provides scholarships to students pursuing a wide range of educational experiences at Minot State University. Deadline for applications is June 1, 2019.

For more information and access to the application form, go to:
