The Youth POV works with the Midwestern Collaborative, leading the regional Youth POV group members in the expansion of the program within Region C-2.
Purpose
The purpose of Youth POV Region C-2 is to assist PTI centers with youth leadership development within youth with special needs in realizing that their voice can be used to help guide them into their future.
This project provides resources, training, and peer support to youth with special needs in the areas of self-reliance, purposeful planning, and knowledge of available support services.
PSND is looking for youth and young adults between the ages of 14 and 21 and still in High School with learning challenges or special needs to apply to be part of the team.
